昨天湖人主场112-113惜败于76人。比赛最后一攻，威少单打恩比德出手未中，湖人惜败。威少疑似被恩比德拉手犯规，在赛后采访中也谈到表示最后那球是一次投篮出手，那一球恩比德抓住了我的手。

今天凌晨NBA官方出具了这场比赛最后2分钟的裁判报告，包括饱受争议的威少最后上篮被恩比德抓手臂一球在内，最后2分钟判罚全部正确，没有误判。

对于威少最后的上篮，官方给出的解释是：恩比德在威少突破上篮时收回手臂之前略微地（ slightly ）伸出了手臂，虽然手臂边缘接触到了威少，但这是一个正确的没有吹罚的判罚（CNC：Correct Non-Call）。随后，美媒NBACentral转发该报告内容，引来热议，一起来看看球迷如何评论！

This is an actual question I’ve been curious about I understand “contact” per se but are they supposed to be super strict on it like can someone foul with literal one finger or is there some margin of contact allowed

Not surprised NBA would cover itself and refuse to admit the call was bad. But to say that only "marginal arm contact occurs" is an insult to my intelligence. I can see the replay. Russ took 2-3 steps and a full dribble with Embiid holding his wrist. Nothing marginal about it.

不奇怪NBA会掩饰自己，拒绝承认这个判罚是错误的。但说只有 "略微的手臂接触 "是对我智商的侮辱。我可以看到回放。威少运了2-3步，在恩比德抓住他的手腕的情况下进行了充分的运球，这跟略微的接触没有半毛钱关系。

This is literally how some parents hold their kids wrist before disciplining them. How in tf is this marginal?
